Grrrr... I kinda want penis-preserving vaginoplasty, but the surgery results I found with a cursory Web search are pretty rough-looking, and it would be difficult to justify to a doctor why I want it, but not top surgery or HRT. There is also the genuine possibility that I could regret it later; unlike most trans people, I'm not unhappy with my current genitalia, and although I like the idea of it I don't actually know how my brain would react to suddenly seeing a coochie in the mirror one day. I can't exactly preview the changes before committing...

also if i don't get the full female reproductive system to go with it what's even the point smh
